Apparently your "stylist" is hearing impaired. Asked for 1/4 inch of my length and to thin the top out some. Before I knew what was happening, she took her sheers all the way up the back of my head. Asked her "Holy cow, what are you doing?". Said she was going to blend it in... My hair is now 1/4 to 1/2 inch long. While I understand it will grow back in a couple months, she might want to listen to what her customer has to say. Sad day for customer service and I will never darken your door again.

Took my 2 yrs old son for a trim and we walk out with the WORST HAIRCUT EVER. Rachel RUINED my sons hair. I asked for a haircut showing her a photo of what I want, what she did wasn't even closer. He was on my lap and she started cutting on the opposite side and I couldn't see on the mirror cause she was in front of it. When I noticed that it was too much hair falling on the floor, I turned my son around to see that she was almost SHAVING his head...it was too late. She did a HORRIBLE hair cut not even well faded...and I paid $16. RACHEL, you are NOT a stylist!!
